A combination of negotiation expertise, commercial understanding, supply chain management and relationship-focused leadership — applied to resolving business disputes.
As a coach and facilitator in negotiation skills, I design customised negotiation programmes, facilitate simulations and analyse behavioural styles to improve outcomes. I have extensive experience managing key accounts, SLAs and supplier relationships — and understand both sides of supplier conflicts.
